Depending on how you use the site, we collect the following categories of data:

• Request for quotes: first and last name, email address, phone number, your company name, budget, description and characteristics of your project, website, location.
• User account (client, agency, software vendor): login credentials and profile data; where applicable, data from your sign-in via a third-party account (Google).
• Reviews: when you request or submit a review, the corresponding identification and contact data.
• Browsing: IP address, technical and connection data, data relating to the source of your visit, cookies and trackers (see our Cookie Management Policy).

Your data is processed for the following purposes:

• providing the matching service and managing your account — performance of a contract;
• improving the platform, ensuring its security and preventing fraud — legitimate interest;
• carrying out audience measurement and marketing activities — legitimate interest and/or consent;
• complying with our legal and accounting obligations — legal obligation.

In order to direct your request towards the relevant areas of expertise, the content of your project may be subject to automated analysis by artificial intelligence providers. Such processing does not involve any decision producing legal effects on you without human intervention.

Your data is accessible to our teams and, as part of the matching service, passed on to the agency or provider recipient of your request. We use processors falling within the following categories: payment provider; emailing and customer relationship management providers; audience measurement and marketing providers; support and messaging tool; artificial intelligence providers; hosting and infrastructure providers. We do not sell your data to third parties for their own purposes.

Some of our processors are located outside the European Union, in particular in the United States. These transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or applicable adequacy mechanism).

• Matching requests: 36 months from the last contact.
• Accounts: lifetime of the account, plus 12 months.
• Billing data: 10 years (accounting obligation).
• Audience measurement data: 13 months.

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability and withdrawal of your consent. You may exercise these rights with the DPO (contact details above) by providing proof of your identity. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
